Class 3. Atypical Naevus
- Pigment network with symmetric regions of
hypopigmentation, often pink ("pink and patchy")

Class 4. Benign Melanocytic Naevus
- Medium to lightbrown network that fades at the
periphery ("brown and fades") (Figs 2 and 17)
- Regular brown globular pattern
